“Room is clean. Frienly staff”

“Worst vacation experience I've ever had! We could not contact the host for an entry code, and were stuck three hours from home with no place to stay. We had booked and paid for our accomodations 3 months previous so there wouldn't be any issues. When VRBO finally were able to contact our host HE cancelled our booking, saying that we didn't provide our ages (which we absolutely did - had to in order to complete registration) and he said we weren't of age to book a room legally.
